Real Local is an AI-powered restaurant reservation service that helps users make reservations at Italian restaurants by calling establishments on behalf of customers. We act as an intermediary between customers and restaurants.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

Reservation Services

• We will make reasonable efforts to secure reservations on your behalf
• We cannot guarantee that all reservation requests will be successful
• Restaurant policies, availability, and final confirmation are at the restaurant's discretion
• You are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations and following restaurant policies

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate reservation details and contact information
• Honor confirmed reservations or cancel with appropriate notice
• Treat restaurant staff and our service representatives respectfully
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the service's operation

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• You may cancel reservations through our platform when possible
• We recommend canceling at least 2 hours before your reservation time
• Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions
• Some restaurants may have their own cancellation policies

Service Availability

• Our service operates during specified business hours
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time

Limitation of Liability

Real Local shall not be liable for:

• Failed reservation attempts due to restaurant unavailability
• Changes in restaurant policies, hours, or availability
• Quality of food, service, or experience at restaurants
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Make false or fraudulent reservations
• Harass or abuse restaurant staff or our representatives
• Violate any local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Real Local and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Manning Labs LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
